GameOn is a mobile card-game app operated by the GameOn team. This policy explains what information the app handles when you create an account, play games, and use the in-app wallet.

• Account details you provide: email address, display name, and optional phone number.
• Wallet information: your wallet number, balance, deposits, withdrawals, stakes, and payouts.
• Gameplay data: games you join, invite codes, hands played, results, and forfeits.
• App settings: sound, music, theme, and favourite games stored on your device.
• Basic technical data such as error reports needed to keep the app working.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To run multiplayer games and show your game history.
• To process deposits, withdrawals, stakes, and payouts through our payment provider.
• To detect abuse, cheating, or fraudulent activity.
• To send in-app notifications about your games and wallet.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the app: our hosting and database provider, and our mobile money payment provider for deposits and withdrawals. We may disclose information if required by law.

Other players can see your display name and, during a game, the cards you discard. Your hand stays private until a game is settled.

Account, wallet, and transaction records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Gameplay records are kept so you can review your history.

• You can view and edit your profile details in the app under Settings.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account.
• Deleting your account removes your profile; transaction records may be retained where the law requires.

GameOn includes real-money staking and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Access to your data is restricted by account-level access rules, and payment callbacks are signature-verified. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details private.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
